Shipping and Returns

We ship within 1 business day via UPS Ground (all fountains, single basins, and Chiller upgrades) or USPS First Class Package (filters and accessories up to 13 oz) or USPS Priority Mail (filters and accessories over 13 oz) after receipt of payment. If you wish to upgrade to a faster service, please contact us for a quote. If you require a signature for delivery of your package or need a quote for faster service please let us know. Paypal will send you the tracking number for your package when the shipping label is generated. Please verify your address on your order especially if you have moved. Unless you notify us otherwise prior to shipping, we will ship to the confirmed address shown on the Transaction Details report generated by Paypal.

Hawaii customers please note that the shipping charges are for Parcel Post which goes by boat from California to Hawaii and can take two to three weeks or longer especially during the holidays. If you wish to upgrade to a faster service please contact us for a quote.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: WE WILL SHIP TO ANYWHERE. If you want a fountain shipped outside of the US or Canada, please contact us with your post code for a quote.

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are not included in the shipping fees and would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. You may also need a transformer (not just a converter or adapter). Our fountains are made for US voltage, 4W power, 110-120V/60Hz Volt/Freq.

Returns and Damage

When a Glacier Point Basic or Spectrum Fountain is returned with an issued RMA number and received undamaged by Sierra BioScience within 60 days from the date of purchase the purchase price will be refunded less an $18 shipping charge and a $14 handling fee. The fountain must be returned undamaged and clean to avoid a cleaning charge of $25. Please use the Contact Us form on the website to request an RMA number and return instructions. Packages without an RMA on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender.

The High Capacity Pet Fountain, Perfect Pet Fountain, filters and accessories are not returnable. Please call Barry at 530.903.9025 if these terms are not clear BEFORE you purchase a fountain.

If your fountain arrives damaged in shipping, please keep the box as is with the wrapping and fountain in it and contact us immediately. We will contact our shipper to inspect the damage and file a claim. Any fountain or component part damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge if the damage is reported within 10 days of delivery.
